Dräger Sensors for Portable Gas Detector (Precise, Long-lasting, Proven quality)

SKU : Sensor
Whether electrochemical, catalytical, infrared or PID – sensors from Dräger have always been leading-edge technology worldwide.

Product description

For Dräger Sensors, There are main 5 types for portable gas detector.

1. Dräger Sensor XXS

Dräger has developed miniature electrochemical sensors specially for the Dräger Pac, X-am 1/2/5 and X-am 8000 generation. The sensors detect many different gases and vapours. They are also very reliable and stable over the long-term, thereby reducing your operating costs.

DrägerSensor XXS
- Electrochemical sensor
- Monitoring of toxic gases and lack of oxygen
- Compatible with: Dräger Pac series and all devices of the Dräger X-am family.
- Measuring range: in vol.-% and ppm.

2. Dräger Sensor XS

With the DrägerSensors XS, you can safely monitor industrial and special gases. In addition to Dräger Sensors XS H2S, CO, O2, Dräger also offers sensors for hydrides, amines and organic vapours including H2O2, HF, HCl. The sensitivity data of more than 12 different gases and vapours are stored in the XS OV sensor, so that multiple gas hazards can be measured by a single sensor.

Dräger Sensor XS  (HF/HCI, H2O2, N2H4)
- Electrochemical sensor
- Monitoring of reactive toxic gases such as hydrogen chloride, hydrazine and hydrogen peroxide.
- Compatible with Dräger X-am 5100
- Measuring range: in ppm.

3. Dräger Catalytic Ex-Sensors

The catalytic Dräger Sensors are particularly insensitive to shock and offer excellent poisoning resistance. The high product quality and long-term stability ensure low operating costs. Fast response times provide reliable warnings of gas hazards.

Dräger Catalytic Ex-Sensors
- Monitoring of flammable gases and vapours
- High poisoning resistance to silicones and H2S
- Compatible with: Dräger X-am 2500, 5000 /X-am 3500, 8000 (CatEx 125 PR) /X-am 2800* (CatEx SR)
- Measuring range: lower explosion limit and 100 vol.-% CH4

4. Dräger Infrared Sensors

Dräger infrared sensors deliver optimal measurement results and are unaffected by sensor poisons. The long service life of these sensors results in hardly any follow-up costs. You can also use Dräger infrared sensors to take Ex and CO2 measurements simultaneously.

Dräger Infrared Sensors
- Monitoring of flammable gases and vapours and CO2
- Ideal for measuring hydrocarbons in an inert atmosphere
- No poisoning effect due to technology
- Compatible with: Dräger X-am 5600/8000 andX-am 5800* (XD-IR series)
- Measuring range: lower explosion limit and 100 vol.-% CH4, for CO2 05 vol.-% and 100 vol.-%

5. Dräger PID Sensors

PID sensors are the ideal choice for detecting low concentrations of volatile organic compounds. A PID (photoionization detector) is used to measure hazardous substance groups or can even be adjusted to measure
individual substances.

Dräger PID Sensors                                                            - Detection of volatile organic compounds in low concentrations
- Compatible with: Dräger X-am 8000 (PID HC and PID LC ppb) selective benzene measurement with pre-tubes possible /
Dräger X-am 5800* (PID HC neo)
- Measuring range: from ppm to ppb
